Easy to tie around my device. Seems like good retention strength but haven't tried to drop test it. Definitely an adequate amount of cordage length with the ability to shorten it and cinch it in with the included shrink wrap

What is there to say, it is a bungee cable that velcros to your helmet to retain NVG. It works, but i doubt it could retain an NVG without breaking off the velcro due to its small footprint. If the tab was twice as large it would get 5 stars
