Incredible! Simply incredible! Easily better than a MAWL simply because of how light it is.

Ridiculously powerful, unbelievably sensible

This is easily (in my opinion) the best LAM on the market right now. Between the form factor, the features, the location of controls, and the ease-of-use, I don't feel like the RAID Xe can be beat. Make sure you actually sit down and dedicate some time to truly learning the controls on this unit before going out with it, as a lot of folks will miss a lot of features simply due to being used to less advanced lasers. I myself am guilty of this - I had no idea this had a shot counter built into it. Activation while firing is simple, many may not like the Ergocto three button single lead pressure pad, but my thumb naturally falls right beside the unit on an 11.5 SBR, so it has worked fantastically for me. If you are a thumb-over-bore kind of guy, you may want to look into their swappable junction boxes to use a different tape switch. Between the overall programmability, the rear-facing mini display, and the adjustable power levels, you would be hard pressed to find something that can compete here besides the MAWL C1+. I have zero affiliation with Wilcox and have outright refused to buy some of their ridiculously priced products (looking mostly at the G24 and the binocular bridge system), but the RAID Xe is well worth it. If you're looking to make the jump to current gen VCSEL aiming lasers, it's basically going to be either the Wilcox RAID Xe, the B.E. Meyers MAWL C1+, or the 3EIR / Arisaka Designate IR-V.
