With NFMI turned on, it was like not having these plugs in at all, when I was just walking around. But as soon as a shot breaks, it mutes the entire world like double plugs should.

Bought these to go with my Ops-core headset. Used them at the range as a standalone and they worked just fine. Finally received the headset and they work better then expected. The problem with over the ear protection is when you wear glasses it creates a small hole for noise to travel through. Now, with the addition of these ear plugs I get both inner and outer protection without sacrificing situational awareness gathered from noises.

These are the Best. The audio quality is excellent!! Comfortable to wear all day long. 50BMG and 30-06 sound like a 22. Not cheap but worth every penny! Bill Pagnano

Mind blowing protection, without batteries. Only works with the compatible headset, and is expensive. But if value your hearing, and want to remain situationaly aware, this is hard to beat.

Product function flawlessly allows 360% sound amplification. Can now wear headset and plugs without diminishing situational awareness. Works great for CQB, indoor range or if you ever got a cheek weld on a long gun and not known you pushed your headset off enough to break the seal- it fixes all that. These couples with the AMP are expensive but so are hearing aids. I prefer the latter.
